Believers in Christ receive the forgiveness of sins through His name. As baptized believers, we are called to love one another, clinging to God`s promises and bound by His commands. Our love for God is marked by obedience to His will. God`s love for us is marked by Christ`s obedience on the cross. In Christ, we have a faith that grasps, believes, and confesses Him to be the Son of God. This is our victory in overcoming the world.
